We are seeking 5 detail-oriented, diligent, and efficient Order Verification & Labeling Clerks (Nhân viên kiểm tra đơn hàng và dán nhãn vận đơn) to join our warehouse processing team. In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper in our fulfillment process, ensuring that every package is accurate, correctly labeled, and ready for prompt shipment to our customers. Whether you are cross-referencing order details or applying shipping labels, your focus on precision and speed is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and delivery accuracy. Key Responsibilities
Order Verification: Carefully cross-check packed items against original customer orders to ensure the correct products, quantities, and variants are included before final sealing.
Quality Inspection: Conduct a final quality check of products to identify any damage, defects, or missing components before shipment.
Labeling Process: Generate and apply accurate shipping labels (vận đơn) to packages, ensuring barcodes are readable and shipping information is correct.
Data Integrity: Update order status in the internal management system (OMS/WMS) to ensure real-time tracking accuracy for customers.
Packaging Standards: Ensure all parcels are sealed securely and meet the company’s packaging standards for safe transport.
Sorting & Handover: Organize finished packages by carrier or delivery route to facilitate a smooth handover to the delivery team.
Problem Resolution: Quickly flag any order discrepancies or missing items to the floor supervisor to prevent shipping delays.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or quality control roles is highly valued.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer skills and the ability to operate barcode scanners and label printers.
Familiarity with standard e-commerce shipping platforms or order management software.
Strong reading and numerical skills to verify codes, addresses, and quantities accurately.
Personal Attributes:
Meticulousness: A high level of attention to detail to minimize errors and returns.
Focus: Ability to remain consistent and accurate while performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Punctuality: Highly dependable with the ability to meet daily output targets and tight dispatch deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to stay calm and organized during peak shopping seasons or high-volume periods.
