JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Support Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team in daily operations. You will be responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Documentation: Prepare, process, and maintain sales contracts, quotations, invoices, and purchase orders with high accuracy.
Data Management: Update and manage the CRM system (or sales database), ensuring all customer information and sales activity logs are up-to-date.
Coordination: Act as a key bridge between the Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Reporting: Assist the Sales Manager in compiling weekly/monthly sales reports, tracking KPIs, and monitoring sales performance against targets.
Customer Communication: Handle incoming sales inquiries, provide basic product information, and assist in addressing customer requests regarding status updates or documentation.
Administrative Support: Coordinate internal sales meetings, prepare presentation materials, and manage correspondence for the sales department.
Support Initiatives: Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, or marketing campaigns as required.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Office Administration. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome.
Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is a major plus.
Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
