We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our digital channels, and converting leads into loyal customers.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, SEO, Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), and Email Marketing.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging, high-quality material for ads, social media posts, and landing pages that align with our brand voice.
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and CPA. Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize future performance.
SEO & SEM: Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Lead Nurturing: Design and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel via email and remarketing strategies.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new platform features to ensure our strategy remains ahead of the curve.
A/B Testing: Conduct continuous testing on ad copies, creative assets, and landing page layouts to maximize user engagement and conversion.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically with managing paid social and search campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Creativity: A knack for storytelling and understanding what resonates with target audiences.
