We are seeking a responsible, vigilant, and dedicated Security Guard to join our restaurant team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and orderly environment for our guests and staff. Whether you are managing vehicle parking, monitoring the entrance, or ensuring the security of the premises, your maturity, life experience, and attentive nature are essential to our operations. Key Responsibilities
Entrance & Guest Greeting: Welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression while monitoring guest access to the premises.
Parking Management: Professionally guide customers to available parking spots, ensuring vehicles are organized neatly to maximize space and ensure traffic flow in front of the restaurant.
Security & Surveillance: Actively monitor the restaurant area for any safety hazards, unauthorized individuals, or suspicious activities, taking proactive measures to maintain a secure environment.
Premises Maintenance: Ensure the entrance and exterior areas are kept clean, tidy, and free of obstructions, contributing to a professional restaurant appearance.
Conflict Prevention: Maintain a calm and composed presence, using effective communication to de-escalate minor disturbances and ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all diners.
Reporting: Promptly report any safety concerns, equipment failures, or incidents to the management team to ensure quick resolution.
Supportive Duties: Assist with minor tasks such as receiving deliveries or providing directions to guests when needed, acting as a helpful point of contact.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in security, service roles, or related fields is highly valued, though a mature and responsible attitude is the most important qualification.
Health & Stamina: Must be in good health and capable of standing or walking for the duration of the shift.
Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication in Vietnamese is required to interact effectively with guests, staff, and delivery personnel.
