We are seeking 10 detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Warehouse Inventory & Logistics Clerks (Nhân viên kho kiểm kê & giao nhận) to join our growing warehouse operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain by ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are accurately recorded, inspected, and processed. Whether you are conducting cycle counts, verifying shipments, or organizing stock, your accuracy and diligence are essential to maintaining the integrity of our inventory. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Perform regular physical inventory checks (cycle counts) to ensure stock records align with actual quantities. Identify and investigate any discrepancies.
Goods Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity against purchase orders and packing lists. Document any damaged or missing items immediately.
Order Preparation: Coordinate the picking and packing of outbound orders, ensuring that the correct products are prepared for dispatch according to customer requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and paper-based records of all stock movements, including receiving logs, dispatch notes, and inventory reports.
Storage Management: Ensure all items are stored in their designated locations, maintaining an organized and labeled warehouse layout for easy retrieval and auditing.
Compliance: Follow all established safety and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a secure and efficient workplace.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the delivery, logistics, and management teams to ensure a smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer literacy (MS Office/Excel) and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or mobile scanning devices.
Strong numerical skills for accurate counting and record-keeping.
Personal Attributes:
Precision: An eye for detail to spot errors in shipments or inventory discrepancies quickly.
Integrity: High level of honesty and responsibility in handling company stock and data.
Physical Stamina: Capable of working on your feet and performing manual tasks (e.g., lifting boxes, moving inventory) throughout the shift.
Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially during peak busy periods.
