We are seeking 5 skilled, safety-conscious, and dependable Van Drivers (Nhân viên lái xe van theo chuyến) to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and safe transport of goods across designated routes. Whether you are navigating traffic, securing cargo, or ensuring that deliveries are completed on schedule, your professionalism and driving skills are vital to our operations. We offer a "live-in" (bao ăn ở tại chỗ) arrangement, providing dedicated on-site accommodation for the right candidates to ensure comfort and convenience. Key Responsibilities
Cargo Transportation: Safely operate company vans to transport goods according to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring all items are delivered on time.
Loading & Cargo Security: Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo when necessary, and ensure all goods are properly secured within the van to prevent damage during transit.
Route Navigation: Utilize GPS and navigation tools to plan the most efficient routes, effectively managing time and traffic to meet delivery deadlines.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the van (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes) and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately.
Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain necessary signatures, and manage shipping documentation (delivery notes/invoices) for every trip.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
Communication: Maintain regular contact with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status and any potential delays or road incidents.
Requirements & Qualifications
License: Must possess a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class (B2 or higher).
Experience: Proven experience as a van driver, delivery driver, or in a similar professional driving role. A clean driving record is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and city routes.
Proficiency in using mobile navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps) and basic digital communication tools.
Personal Attributes:
Responsibility: A strong commitment to the safety of the vehicle, the cargo, and other road users.
Punctuality: Highly dependable with excellent time-management skills to handle shift schedules and delivery deadlines.
Integrity: Honest and trustworthy, especially when handling company assets and client goods.
Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate different shift times and work on a "trip-by-trip" (theo chuyến) basis.
Adaptability: Ability to live on-site and thrive in a dedicated team environment.
